Curative Tea Formula
4 Tbls Honeybush Tea
1 Tbls Pau D’Arco Tea
1 Tbls Cat’s Claw Tea
1. Add loose teas to a 2 quart saucepan. Fill pan with pure filtered or spring water and bring to a boil. Cover and turn heat down to a simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Pour tea through a strainer or into a French press to remove loose tea. I usually add more spring water to dilute the tea a bit – especially if it takes on a bitter edge. At the right dilution – there will be no bitterness – only a lightly sweet refreshing and curative tea! So don’t be discouraged if it’s a little bitter – dilute it. This tea is great hot or cold. It’s naturally sweet, however if you must sweeten it further, I would recommend Organic Coconut Palm Syrup available online or check local health food store.
3. After I make a batch, I put it into a large “glass” pitcher and cool it down for iced tea. If you’re using a plastic pitcher, wait for the tea to cool before adding to the plastic pitcher to avoid leaching petrochemicals into your tea. Don’t throw away the used tea grounds! Add the grounds to your plants – they’ll love the added nutrients with each watering.
I get these teas online. There are many sources online – shop around to find the best deals.
Here’s just a little about each tea:
Pau D’Arco tea is known for eliminating bacteria, fungi/molds, cancer cells, leukemia cells, viruses, and parasites; it reduces tumors, pain, inflammation, secretions, and rheumatism; it fights free radicals, strengthens the immune system and thins the blood. Many physicians in South America reported the curative effects of Pau D’Arco until their government caught wind of their findings and stopped them from releasing further data. The list of conditions it relieves is quite extensive – like I said – google it.
Cat’s Claw tea, which is a vine bark, kills viruses as well as cancer and leukemia cells, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, reduces pain and inflammation, cleans the blood and bowels, increases urination, and detoxifies and protects cells, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.. I’m not kidding – this is the real deal!! Cat’s Claw tea is essential for those having difficulties with elimination. If you aren’t eliminating – you are toxifying – and toxification means you aren’t going to be feeling good. The longer one stew’s in their toxic mess, the more devastating the news from their doctor can be. The body is an amazing regenerative organism – that is – if it’s given live nutritious foods, beverages and clean water.
Honeybush Red tea is packed with anti-oxidants, rare trace elements and minerals. It has a calming effect on the nervous system, has no caffeine, no oxalic acid and is very low in tannins. It’s a great preventative for cancer and provides relief for eczema, hayfever, and asthma. Honeybush tea also contains isoflavones and coumestans which are known preventatives of prostate, breast and uterine cancers, as well as osteoporosis.
Give your body excellent nutrients – and watch it perform!!!!!!!
